1. Preface
The general terms and conditions of sale, the privacy policy, and the legal terms apply to online purchases made on www.alexandre-j.com.
To order a product offered on the site, the user must read and expressly accept these terms and conditions of sale, without requiring a handwritten signature for such acceptance.
Alexandre.J reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
It is specified that the user may save or print these terms and conditions, provided they do not modify them.
2. The Website
This website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is published by Création RéalisationMarketing Paris, which owns the Alexandre.J trademark, a limited liability company registered with a capital of 572,000 EUR, VAT number FR51750628596, headquartered at 32 avenue de l'Opéra, 75002 Paris, France - Telephone: +33 (0) 1 44 71 91 00 - Email: contact@crmfragrance.com.
The site allows Alexandre.J to offer perfumes, candles, and watches (hereinafter referred to as "Products") for sale to users of the website (hereinafter referred to as "users").
The user wishing to purchase on the site declares having full legal capacity.
These general terms and conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties arising from online sales of products offered on the site from France, solely based on their internet interactions and only on the site. They define all necessary steps for placing an order as outlined in Article 5: "Order" and ensure follow-up between the parties.
3. Products
The products offered for sale by the Alexandre.J House are those displayed on the site at the time the user visits, subject to availability and the conditions outlined in the preface above. Alexandre.J reserves the right to withdraw products from sale at any time.
Alexandre.J strives to present the products on the site per the requirements of Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code. However, the photographs illustrating the products are indicative and non-contractual. The Alexandre.J House cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies.
All our products comply with French law. Alexandre.J is not responsible for any failure to comply with the legislation of the country where the product will be delivered. The user must verify with local authorities in the delivery country the possibility of importing or using the products and services they intend to order.
The Alexandre.J House cannot guarantee that product packaging information will be translated into all languages of the European Union. However, this information is available at least in French and/or English.
For any questions about products, advice, or requests, users can contact customer service through the "Contacts" section of the site.
The buyer can also visit an Alexandre.J partner store, a physical point of sale, for personalized advice and to test products offered on the website.
4. Prices
The prices of products and services are fixed and stated in the currency of the country in accordance with the brand's pricing policy. Prices are determined based on the rates in effect on the day of the order. The applicable rate is the one indicated on the site, except in the case of a typographical error. All orders are billed with VAT included, based on the French VAT rate in effect on the date of the order. Countries within the European Union are also subject to French VAT. Any changes to the VAT rate will be reflected in the price of products on the site as of the date set by the relevant decree.
The Alexandre.J House reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time and without prior notice, with no formalities other than updating the site. However, these changes will not affect orders accepted by Alexandre.J before the changes take effect, and products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order was placed, subject to product availability.
The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which will be added and specified to the user at the final confirmation of the order when the total price is displayed on the order summary.
The price is the one listed on the order confirmation email sent to the buyer by Alexandre.J.
5. Order
Ordering Process
The user can browse the various products available for sale by Alexandre.J on the website www.alexandre-j.com. The user can freely explore the site without being obligated to place an order.
If the user wishes to place an order, they select the products they are interested in by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
Each new item added to the cart will be indicated by the display of the item count at the top right of the page.
At any time, the user can:
• View a summary of the selected products or modify the order by clicking on "Cart" at the top right of any page.
• Continue selecting products.
• Complete the product selection and place the order by clicking on "Buy."
The user must then identify themselves:
The user is informed and agrees that the entry of any identifier is considered valid proof of identity and expresses consent.
Once identified, an order form will appear summarizing the nature, quantity, and prices of the selected products, along with the total amount of the order, contact details, and delivery address.
The buyer can check the box “Send as a gift or add a personalized message.” If selected, a box will appear where the buyer can write a personalized message to include with the order. The personalized message can only be added at this step.
The user must then select the delivery address and choose a payment method from the available options on the same page. Alexandre.J uses a secure electronic payment tool provided by the partner Stripe. Other payment options are available, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, or PayPal.
When the buyer submits their order and payment, a summary with the transaction number will appear. This summary will be sent to the buyer in an order confirmation email from Alexandre.J. This confirmation includes all elements of the contract between the parties.
Afterward, when the order is processed and shipped, an email confirmation of the shipment will also be sent to the buyer.
Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. Alexandre.J does not guarantee the availability of products displayed on the site. The buyer will be informed as soon as possible about the product’s availability. This information will be communicated via email before delivery and after order confirmation.
The Alexandre.J House will adjust the amount charged to the buyer by subtracting the price of any unavailable products.
All orders may include up to three (3) complimentary samples, subject to availability. If certain samples are unavailable, Alexandre.J reserves the right to substitute them with another sample without prior notice. Alexandre.J is not responsible for incorrect sample quantities due to technical issues with the website.
If an item is unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the buyer will have the option to cancel the order and request a refund within thirty (30) days of the payment being deducted or request an exchange of the unavailable items, by emailing contact@crmfragrance.com.
Alexandre.J is not liable for out-of-stock or unavailable products.
Alexandre.J reserves the right to withdraw products from sale without notice.
Retention of Ownership
The products ordered remain the property of Alexandre.J until full payment is made. In the event of a payment issue, the buyer agrees to return any received products to Alexandre.J upon request. However, upon actual delivery, the risk of loss, theft, or damage concerning the products is transferred to the buyer.
6. Payment
Unless the server is unavailable, orders are paid in the currency of the country in line with the brand's pricing policy on the site, upon order registration. Currencies are automatically set as follows: Euro for Eurozone countries, British Pounds for the United Kingdom, and US Dollars for all other countries.
The user must select a payment method from those offered and make the payment.
The Alexandre.J House uses a secure electronic payment system provided by partner Stripe. Transactions can be made with various payment methods of the buyer’s choice: credit cards, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, or PayPal.
Alexandre.J reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of:
• A dispute with the buyer,
• Non-payment or partial payment of a previous order,
• Refusal of a credit card payment by the banking institution,
• Non-payment or partial payment.
The buyer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method at the time of order validation. In the event of refusal by the bank, the order is automatically canceled, and the buyer will be notified by email.
To combat fraud on the internet, Alexandre.J uses a secure online payment system provided by Stripe, ensuring the buyer that Alexandre.J does not have access to the confidential payment details used by the buyer to pay for their order.
For this reason, the buyer’s banking details will be required for each subsequent order placed on the site.

7. Shipping and Returns
Types of Delivery
The maximum shipping time is 72 business hours (Monday to Friday). This period corresponds to the time needed to prepare your order at our warehouse (unpacking, verification, packaging, labeling, etc.).
Shipping Costs
Delivery is free in France and the United Arab Emirates with no minimum purchase, using a designated carrier. Delivery to any other country is free for orders over $220/€. Shipping costs not meeting these criteria are automatically calculated when you place your order, depending on the type of delivery and the selected country. You can view the shipping cost when you go to your cart.
Reception of the Package
The package is delivered directly to your address. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a delivery attempt notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice will indicate the date and time of the attempted delivery, as well as the post office where you can pick up your package.
The customer can change their delivery address as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, simply send the address changes to customer service at contact@crmfragrance.com before receiving the shipping confirmation email. Once the shipping confirmation email is received, no changes can be made.
Upon delivery, you must check the condition and status of your package in the presence of the carrier and note any concerns regarding apparent defects (missing products, damaged package).
You are encouraged to contact customer service within 14 days following receipt. This period starts the day after receipt for the sale of goods. Unless for legitimate reasons, any complaint made after this period will be considered inadmissible.
Alexandre.J is not responsible for the package once it has left the warehouse. Therefore, no refund will be accepted for non-receipt of the package if the carrier is able to provide proof of delivery.
If the buyer wishes to return the product, they must, before the expiration of the withdrawal period, send an email expressing their intent to withdraw to Alexandre.J at contact@crmfragrance.com. Simply returning the product without declaration or refusing delivery is not sufficient to express an intent to withdraw. The buyer must then return the products at their own expense to the address provided by our customer service no later than 14 days after sending their withdrawal request. The returned package is under the buyer’s responsibility, and packaging is also the buyer’s responsibility. The Alexandre.J team will then verify the products: they must be returned in their original condition, cellophane-wrapped, and with the pump unused. Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene and health protection reasons. If the returned products meet these conditions, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the products via the original payment method.
If, after 7 days, you have still not received your package and no notice has been left, please check the status of your package on the Colissimo, Chronopost, or UPS website, depending on the type of delivery selected. You can contact customer service by email at contact@crmfragrance.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alexandre.J is bound only by an obligation of means. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the relevance of the items ordered concerning their needs and intended use.
Alexandre.J cannot be held liable for any use of the products that does not comply with their intended purpose.
Alexandre.J does not guarantee that the site will be permanently available, free from temporary interruptions, suspensions, or errors.
Alexandre.J cannot accept any liability for technical issues related to the site www.alexandre-j.com.
Alexandre.J reserves the right to cancel an order if the price or quantity of certain products was falsified due to a technical issue beyond its control.
Without limiting the scope of other provisions of these terms and conditions, Alexandre.J'sliability can only be engaged in case of proven fault solely attributable to them. In any case, the liability will be limited to direct damages. Alexandre.J reserves the right to suspend the operation of the site.
9. Personal Data
Alexandre.J may collect personal data via its website from users who request documents, subscribe to our newsletter or press releases, create an account, or order products on the site.
In accordance with French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, related to data processing, files, and freedoms, the processing of personal data collected on the site has been registered with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
RIGHT TO ACCESS, CORRECT, DELETE DATA, AND OBJECT TO DATA PROCESSING

10. Legal Warranty
Force Majeure
No party shall be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of their obligations under this contract if the non-performance is caused by an event constituting force majeure.
Any event that meets the criteria established by the jurisprudence of the 2nd Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeal will be considered a case of force majeure.
The party claiming a force majeure event must inform the other party within five business days of the occurrence or threat of this event.
The parties agree to consult with each other as soon as possible to jointly determine how to process the order during the force majeure period.
After one (1) month of suspension due to force majeure, Alexandre.J may be unable to fulfill the order and may be required to refund the buyer.
Entire Agreement
These general terms and conditions of sale, along with the order summary sent to the buyer, constitute a complete contract, representing the entirety of the contractual relationship between the parties.
In case of contradiction between these documents, the general terms and conditions of sale will prevail.
Intellectual Property
In these conditions, no one is authorized to reproduce, use, distribute, or use intellectual property rights in any form, even partially, without prior written consent from Alexandre.J. The trademarks and logos of Alexandre.J are registered trademarks. Any reproduction constitutes an infringement.
The intellectual property rights attached to the products sold on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of Alexandre.J and are subject to an exclusive license in favor of Alexandre.J, which holds all usage rights.
Applicable Law – Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between Alexandre.J and the buyer are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of the general terms and conditions of sale is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, the permanent seat of Alexandre.J.
